Week 17 — “Choosing Joy on Purpose”
Scripture: “Rejoice in the Lord always…” — Philippians 4:4 (NIV)
Reflection: Joy doesn’t just happen — sometimes you have to fight for it. Not by faking happiness, but by noticing blessings already there, even on chaotic days.
The Homestead Take Away: There’s always something to be grateful for — a new tomato on the vine, a quiet morning, warm coffee, or a moment that reminds you why you do what you do.
Prayer: Lord, help me choose joy even when joy feels far away. Amen.
