Week 46 — “Simplicity Makes Space for God”

Scripture: “Better a little with the fear of the Lord…” — Proverbs 15:16 (NIV)

Reflection: Clutter — emotional, mental, or physical — can crowd out peace and clarity. Simplicity invites God back into focus by removing what drains and distracts. When we let go of excess, our hearts become quieter and more open to His presence. Sometimes the simplest life is the holiest one.

The Homestead Take Away: A tidy barn and cleared workspace make everything run smoother. Simplicity brings calm to the heart as well.

Prayer: Lord, help me simplify what’s cluttered so I can hear You more clearly. Amen.
