What is your opinion regarding growing herbs indoors? (dill, thyme, ?) I‘ve recently retired and decided I now have the time to learn to cook. It seems logical to me, that if I have very small plants growing in the kitchen, I might be more inclined to use them. One/two portions at a time. Do you think the flavor would be noticeably inferior to growing in an outdoor garden?
