Strength, Renewal & Mid-Year Faith Check-In
Week 29 — “Strength for the Heat of Life”

Script scripture: “God is our refuge and strength…” — Psalm 46:1 (NIV)
Reflection: Life gets hot — both in the weather and in the daily grind. When the pressure rises, tempers flare, schedules overflow, and everything demands your attention at once, it’s easy to feel burnt out. But God offers a strength that doesn’t wilt under the heat. It’s steady, grounding, and strong enough to help you keep going even when the day feels like too much. His strength becomes the shade you stand in until the intensity passes.
The Homestead Take Away: Summer heat tests everything — soil, plants, animals, and us. Strength shows in how we endure.
Prayer: God, be my strength when life feels overwhelming. Amen.
