Week 9 — “Growth Isn’t Always Pretty”
Scripture: “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion…” — Philippians 1:6 (NIV)
Reflection: Everyone loves the idea of growing… until they realize growth usually comes with discomfort, stretching, and moments where you feel like falling apart. But God doesn’t start something in you just to leave you halfway. Even in the awkward, messy seasons where you’re not sure who you’re becoming, He’s still working.
The Homestead Take Away: Some plants look rough before they look strong. Growth can be messy, uneven, and slow — but it’s still growth.
Prayer: Lord, help me trust the process even when it’s uncomfortable. Amen.
